Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate for the 2023 general elections has distance himself from the party’s manifesto in circulation.
Obi who started his campaign last Saturday in Lafia, Nasarawa State stated that he has not released his manifesto and has called on the public to disregard the one presented to them.
“We have not formally released our Manifesto,” Obi stated in his Twitter page
Obi is being expected to present his manifesto today, according to director his campaign group Doyin Okukpe.
“Monday the 31st of October, the presidential campaign organisation of the LP will release to the media & the public ‘The Pact with Nigeria’, the document that chronicles the seven governance priorities of the Obi-Baba Ahmed administration which will usher in our dream for a new Nigeria.”
