Mainland Metro News | Ndidi, Iheanacho’s Foxes battle for survival…must beat Hammers or drop | All the news you need...

Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi are likely to play in Sunday’s Premier League match which Leicester City must win against West Ham at the King Power or they will be relegated.
Leicester are level with Leeds United on 31 points, but sit above them in the final relegation place on goal difference. A win for the Foxes will guarantee safety, while Leeds home to Tottenham are hoping on the other London club to beat Leicester as they also target a win.
But it’s not known how competitive West Ham will be. David Moyes’ side have nothing to play for in the table, other than the possibility of climbing one place from 14th to 13th and could well have one eye on their upcoming Europa Conference League final with Fiorentina.
Iheanacho who missed two of Leicester’s final games is fit to play according to coach Dean Smith, while Ndidi who was forced out in the game against Newcastle is unsure to get a start.
“Iheanacho is fine, Jonny Evans had a cramp, and he’s fine” Smith said. “Ricky, we scanned him and he’s fine. Wilf is the only question mark at the moment; we’re still waiting to see if he can train tomorrow. He hasn’t trained yet.”
