Ayra Starr is expected to release her much awaited album “The Year I Turned 21” on May 31 and based on reviews so far it a work that will further boost her status a a world music star.
The 14-track album a fusion of afrobeats, R&B, and pop features collaborations, with Anitta, Coco Jones, Asake, Giveon, Nigerian rapper Seyi Vibez, andher brother Millar.
Meanwhile Afrobeats star, Ayodele Balogun a.k.a Wizkid caused a social media stir when he showed his support for Ayra Starr upcoming treet, this is despite his beef with Mavin record boss Don Jazzy. Wizkid retweeted the album cover as a show of solidarity and that got social media users talking.
