Former Chelsea midfielder, John Obi Mikel said new coach Enzo Maresca can get the best out of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caceido.
Mikel suggested the two midfielders can be on top of their game and dominate matches if they are at their best.
“Enzo Fernandez is a good player, he is a World Cup winner, so he [Enzo Maresca] needs to find a way to get the best out of him as well. If he can do that, he will be so good for us.
“Him and Caicedo in the middle will be so good. They both I can see them can be able to dominate games. He has to qqfind a way to make sure that he can get the best out of Enzo Fernandez,” Mikel told talkSPORTS.
Meanwhile Mikel who spent 12 seasons at Chelsea revealed that Sir Alex Ferguson who first signed him as youth player for Manchester United, but he made a dramatic move to West London has forgiven him.
“He mentioned it [the saga] a couple of times [during his career], it was like, ‘You were the one that got away aren’t you?’ But he’s a lovely, lovely man and 82-years-old, he’s still strong.
“I told him, ‘We want to have you here as much as we can, for as long as we can.’ And he’s like, ‘Listen, you got away but you had an amazing career with Chelsea, so I wouldn’t say anything wrong about that, but I definitely forgive you now.'”
