Reality TV star and singer, Hazel Oyeze Onou a.k.a Whitemoney, has revealed that in his business he pays his staff members up to five years advance salary.
Whitemoney said in a chat on Echo Room, said he took the measure to effectively manage his businesses. He added that he has 150 people on his payroll.
“To be honest, it is. I operate in that system because it helps me take my mind off things. The way I set up my system is because I’m versatile; I do a lot of things and I can easily get carried away. Currently, I have 150 staff members.”
He added: ” I’m a serious businessman, CEO of multiple brands, I own Whitemoney party jollof, classic shoes, white wines, and a lot of brands.
“I’m an amazing great artiste, a singer, a songwriter, and I’m a multiple brands ambassador, both local and international.
“I co-own most of the popular restaurants on the Island in Lagos. I don’t have that kind of money to open my dream restaurant, so I partner with others to own two or three per cent of the investment.”
