Victor Osimhen has agreed personal terms with Paris St Germain and he is ready to sign a five-year deal worth €14m per season.
However, according to reports by Italian sports daily Tuttosport, Napoli and PSG are still negotiating as the French Ligue 1 giants are reluctant to pay the €130m release clause slammed by the Italian side on Osimhen.
Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda was in Paris this week to hammer out personal terms, but the last hurdle seems to be the release clause, which Napoli are unwilling to bend. The latest reports claim that PSG could pay €100m and include one of their players in the deal.
Sky Sport Italia reported earlier this week that Carlos Soler, ex-RB Leipzig full-back Nordi Mukiele and attacker Lee Kang-in were offered to Napoli.
Conte has already identified Chelsea outcast Romelu Lukaku as the ideal replacement for Osimhen at the Stadio Maradona.
