A woman identified as Khadija Umar a.k.a ‘Naira’ and her two sons have been arrested by the police in Angwan Lambu in Nasarawa State over a series of burglaries and theft.
The Nasarawa Police Command PRO, DSP Ramhan Nansel said in a statement that Umar usually scouted homes to be burgled. When residents are away from their homes. She, her sons and others at large then invade the homes and move items.
Several items were recovered after she was arrested. Mr. Nansel stated that the Commissioner of Police for Nasarawa State, CP Umar Shehu Nadada, has ordered an immediate manhunt for the other suspects involved in the crimes
