World famous rapper Jay-Z is one of the investors that have dragged into the bid to buy over Everton football club.
John Textor is aiming to sell off Crystal Palace stake has contacted Jay-Z in his bid to buy Farhad Moshiri’s 94.1 per cent majority stake in the Goodison Park club
Jay-Z – who is married to fellow music superstar Beyonce – is said to be worth around £2billion.
He already has multiple business interests, including Rocawear, Roc Nation and Roc-A-Fella Records.
Jay-Z previously held a minority stake in NBA franchise the Brooklyn Nets but he is also known to be a big football fan.
He attended last season’s UEFA Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Jay-Z has previously declared himself as an Arsenal supporter.
