Super Eagles attacking midfielder Samuel Chukwueze has score his first AC Milan goal since joining the club in 2023.
Chukwueze who was given a rare start by coach Paulo Fonseca curled in the only goal of the match to hand Milan victory over visiting Udinese.
Fonseca who made five changes to his starting lineup was excited with the goal and he practically over celebrated it by running into the pitch. He was under pressure having lost four games out of nine so far in the season.
Chukwueze cashing on Christian Pulisic put the ball in the back of the net in the 13th minute to calm AC Milan nerves.
It has been a strange week for Chukwueze, who was first trapped with the Super Eagles in Libya. He returned to Milan with a muscle injury, but he recovered quickly to make the difference in the game.
