President Bola Tinubu in reshuffling his cabinet has appointed seven new ministers they include Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, Jumoke Oduwole, Dr. Nentawe Yilwada, Idi Maiha, Yusuf Ata, Muhammadu Maigari and Dr Suwaiba Said Ahmad.
Tinubu said in a statement Wednesday that the appointment of the new ministers was to reinvigorate the administration’s capacity for optimal efficiency, pursuant to his commitment to deliver on his promises to Nigerians.
Five ministers were dropped from the cabinet they include Uju-Ken Ohanenye Minister of Women Affairs, Lola Ade-John Minister of Tourism, Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo Minister of State for Housing and Urban and Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim Minister of Youth Development.
Five ministers were reassigned to new portfolios they include John Owan Eno, Dr. Yusuf Tanko Sununu, Morufu Olatunji Alausa.
The discharged ministers are Minister of Women Affairs, Uju-Ken Ohanenye; Minister of Tourism, Lola Ade-John; Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman (SAN); Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo; and Minister of Youth Development, Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim.

Dr Nentawe Yilwatda – Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction
Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi – Minister of Labour & Employment
Bianca Odinaka Odumegu-Ojukwu – Minister of State Foreign Affairs
Dr Jumoke Oduwole – Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment)
Idi Mukhtar Maiha – Ministry of Livestock Development
Rt. Hon. Yusuf Abdullahi Ata – Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development
Suwaiba Said Ahmad PhD – Minister of State Education
