Paris St Germain coach Luis Enrique said he was satisfied with his present squad and would not be making any additions in the January window.
Several reports in France and Italy suggested that PSG have contacted Napoli and may be activating the €75m buyout clause in January for the on-loan Victor Osimhen who is targeted by many other clubs including Chelsea, Manchester United and Juventus.
Asked about the PSG rumours, Enrique said: “I’m not talking about players who aren’t in the club, in any case.
“I’m very happy with the squad. The best thing to do in each transfer window is to be attentive, it’s difficult to improve our squad, we want to develop our young talents. Regarding the transfer window, we have a very good team.”
PSG had been among the favourites to sign Osimhen last the summer but refused to meet the €100m asking price set by Napoli. Osimhen also made moves to join Chelsea and the Saudi League, but those did not materialise, until Galatasaray stepped in with a loan offer in September.
