Arsenal desperate to find a cover for hamstring injury sidelined Bukayo Saka are looking at signing Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan in January.
Besiktas of Turkey are also monitoring the situation of the Super Eagles player whose Serie A adventure has failed to yield dividends for him and has made himself available for transfer.
Reports in England said Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is willing to offer defender Jakub Kiwior in exchange for Chukwueze whom he believes can stand in for Saka who has been ruled out for up to eight weeks.
This move will gladden the heart of Chukwueze who has had a limited amount of playing time since moving to San Siro in 2023. His agent is knocking around looking for an exit from Milan where Chukweze’s contract will run out in 2028. Milan are ready to let him go notwithstanding.
Aston VIlla have also been linked to the player, but his former boss at Villareal Unai Emery is yet to make any concrete move towards reuniting with his former star player.
