Activist and social media influencer, Vincent Martins Otse a.k.a Verydarkman has hinted that he wasn’t surprised by the divorce drama between singer Innocent Idibia a.k.a 2Baba and his wife Annie Macaulay Idibia.
The former Platation Boyz frontman shocked Nigerians Sunday when he announced he was done with his actress wife Annie Macaulay. She later said she didn’t have a clue 2Baba was going to make the shock announcement on Instagram.
Speaking on the issue VDM stated that if Annie Macaulay was his sister, he would not have let her dive into marriage with 2Baba considering his bad reputation with women.
“For me, I think 2baba was a red flag from the onset. He had kids with different women and Annie still decided to settle with him and bore all those children for him. If Annie was my sister, genuinely I wouldn’t let her marry 2baba. I would sit her down and tell her this man na flexing life, but you know one thing about women, they like bad boys,” VDM posted on his social media.
He however, urged Nigerians to stop bashing 2Baba for taking the drastic decision to end their 15 years relationship and marriage which produced two children.
“Dear Toke Makinwa and other woman make una leave 2face, nor be by force, why the double standards well for me both of them were never meant for each other. Annie ignored all red flags they were never meant to be a thing.”
