Singer Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo a.k.a Blackface has urged his former bandmate Innocent Idibia a.k.a 2Baba and his estranged wife Annie Macaulay Idibia to cease further display of disaffection in the public domain.
Blackface who with 2Baba rocked the Nigeria music scene back in the early 2000 with their Plantation Boyz band said it was important that the feuding couple main decorum and be civil as they try to navigate their marital challenges.
He wrote on Instagram: “My open letter to Innocent Idibia and Annie Macaulay Idibia. I did to you both good tidings Mr & Mrs Idibia
“I am reaching out to you guys at this time to remind us to show decorum and be civil with whatever proceedings you may be going through
“As role models, we should always set good examples for this generation to emulate, and the older generations to be proud
“Let’s keep it together in the family as every relationship has its ups and downs. I pray God gives you both the strength to scale through this. My regards to your families and my love to your kids. With Love. Blackface Naija.”
