Entertainment entrepreneur Pascal Ikechukwu a.k.a Cubana Chief Priest, has mocked Damini Ogulu a.k.a Burna Boy after he failed to shine at the 67th Grammy Awards.
Burna Boy who became the first Afrobeats Artiste to win the Grammy Awards in 2023 was one of the nominees for the 2025 Awards held Sunday night in Los Angelos with his song “Higher.” The winner for the Best African Music Peformance went to Temilade Openiyi a.k.a Tems.
And it was like Cubana Chief Priest was waiting for Burna Boy to slip. He lobbed a jab at the “Last Last” singer on his Instagram: “If to say Diddy dey outside, dem for use Johnson baby oil rub away her Grammy.”
Cubana Chief Priest in his feud with Burna Boy had alleged that it was disgraced American rapper and music executive that helped Burna Boy to win the award in 2023 because they had an illict relationship.
Burna Boy has not responded to Cubana Chief Priest latest jibe.
