While President Bola Tinubu was busy putting out ‘pipeline fires’ in Rivers State, Boko Haram elements affiliated to the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), are executing three Nigerian soldiers they claimed to have captured in a combat.
The terrorists were seen in a video, which they released firing at the soldiers who knelt in front them. According to SaharaReporters the incident happened on March 15, 2025 in Yobe State.
The soldiers were said to have been captured in Kamuya and Azare area of the state. The Nigerian army is yet to respond to the execution.
The terror group has caused over 100,000 deaths and displaced millions of people mainly in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states.
