President Bola Tinubu has urged Nigerians not to give up on his hope agenda but rather be hopeful, united, and resolute in the collective pursuit of national progress.
Tinubu in his Easter message, said he acknowledges the hardship Nigerians are going through, but noted that there are signs the economy is picking up.
“We understand the economic hardship many are facing,” Tinubu said. “But we are working tirelessly to restore investor confidence, stabilize key sectors, and build an inclusive economy that works for all.”
Speaking on insecurity coupled with killings by gunmen in communities in Plateau, Benue and Edo States he added.
“The forces of evil will never prevail over our nation,” he declared, stressing that he has issued clear directives to the Armed Forces and security agencies to bring an end to insecurity decisively and without delay.
Tinubu offered his Easter blessings to all Nigerians: “The present moment may be cloudy, but it will usher in a glorious day. May the risen Christ bless our homes with peace and our nation with continued unity and prosperity. Happy Easter to all my fellow Nigerians.”
