Singer and music producer, Timi Dakolo has revealed his excitement participating in the “Jesus+Nothing” concert organised by Love of God in Christ Church.
Speaking during a press conference to hearald the event in Lagos on Friday, Dakolo said he had always been a Church person and would be playing a huge role.
“I have always loved Jesus. I have always praised him. I have always wanted to know more about God. You will never catch me anywhere on Sunday morning if not in God’s house, because we know where we are coming from,” said Dakolo.
The Lead Pastor and Apostolic Head of LOGIC Church, Apostle Flourish Peters, explained that the “Jesus+Nothing” concert, which will be held at Lekki, Lagos, aimed to celebrate Jesus Christ’s blood, death, and resurrection and save souls.
According to the clergy, resurrection is the essence of the Christian faith, noting that without the empty grave, there is no Christian faith.
“Our faith is premised on the grave being empty. We have over 4,000 religions out there, but only one empty grave. That is what makes our faith stand out.
“This is the only religion that the person we worship lives in us. We have inside of us the person we worship,” he asserted.
