Victor Osimhen is heading for Manchester United next season as reports in Turkey claimed that he has already signed for the Premier League club.
According to Turkish publication Sportz, United have already reach terms with the on-loan Galatasaray striker even before the summer transfer market opens.
“Victor Osimhen has signed with Manchester United next season,” Turkish Journalist Serdar Ali Celikler, posted on X social media platform.
Manchester are prepared to offload two players to be able to meet up with the €75m transfer fee demanded by Napoli, Osimhen’s parent club who are keen to sell off the player this summer.
Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool Paris Saint Germain and Galatasaray themselves are the other clubs that have been linked to Osimhen who has scored 29 goals from 33 games in his spell with the Turkish League front runners.
Last week Osimhen said he would make his next destination known at the end of the season.
Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have not met up to expectations this season and they could be axed by United to make room for Osimhen. Former United defender Rio Ferdinand picked Osimhen out as one of two forwards he would sign if he was leading the United recruitment drive this summer.
