Famous Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia a.k.a 2Baba has bagged an appointment as the Benue State governor’s Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach.
Governor Hyacinth Alia made the announcement when the “African Queen” crooner paid him a courtesy visit in Makurdi. He urged 2Baba to continue to offer support to his government with his outreach.
“On behalf of the Benue State government and our very good people, we want to give you some more responsibility,” Governor Alia said.
“You have been doing before we added some more responsibility because you have the capacity to do some more and help us chart a way forward to improve other people’s lives and to gain more from your wisdom and advise as well.
” So I’m pleased to announce that we will make you a technical adviser to the Governor on entertainment and community outreach.”
2Baba has been in Benue State with his fiancée Natasha Osawaru during the Easter break. He introduced the Edo State lawmaker to his kinsfolks on Monday in Otukpo.
