Paris St Germain coach Luis Enrique said Chelsea their opponents in Sunday’s final of the FIFA Club World won’t be an easy game.
PSG humbled Real Madrid with a 4-0 win Wednesday night to set up the stage against Chelsea who have proved to be the surprise team of the tournament in the USA.
“We are going to try,” Enrique said. “One more step against a good team like Chelsea.
“They perform the whole competition and now it is time for us to prepare.
“[We are] almost there. We want to make history in our club and then take our holidays.”
PSG will be without Willian Pacho and Lucas Hernandez. This could be a boost to Chelsea who have all their players available except for Moise Caicedo who was nursing an ankle injury after the game against Fluminense.
“I told him that he has to do everything to be on the pitch on Sunday, so we will see,” said Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca told DAZN.
