Nollywood actress Bimbo Akintola said cheating among African men most especially Nigerians would not go away.
Akintola who was speaking during a chat with fellow actress Ayo Adesanya, submitted that 90 percent of Nigerian men cheat on their spouses. She explained that some men even learn cheating behaviors from their fathers, who may have multiple partners or girlfriends.
“I don’t know where this idea of infidelity in Africa came from. Your father cheats, your grandfather cheated, my father has two wives, Akintola stated.
“I can’t tell you whether to stay or leave but you leave this one and move to the next one, you still have the same issue. They all cheat, 90 percent of them cheat, it’s engraved in them.
“I know you might want to change them, but I hear characters are fully formed when you’re seven years old. Some of them started by following their daddy to girlfriends’ house.
“I’m not excusing it don’t get me wrong; I am just being realistic when it comes to these kinds of situation.”
