Ademola Lookman Sunday returned to action for Atalanta as they beat Torino away 3-0 at Olypimco Stadium.
It was a reassuring victory for the Ivan Juric side struggling with injuries.
Atalanta took the lead when unmarked Nikola Krstovic scored It was his first goal for the club since his transfer from Lecce.
Kamaldeen Sulemana added a second goal from a rebound, and then set up Krstovic to tap in the third goal.
Coach Juric gave Lookman a run in, and his return was well received by fans who had asked him to show some commitment.
“He spoke to me and the team on Monday, he was surrounded by people who had given him some bad advice,” said Juric.
“He has a great winning mentality and now we need to get him back in shape physically.”
