For Napoli FC manager Luciano Spalletti ignored striker Victor Osimhen while revealing the list of his best 11 players he has ever worked with.
Spalletti in 2023 guided Napoli to their first Serie A title in 30 years with Osimhen spear-heading the assault. Osimhen who is now in Turkey with Galatasaray was the highest goal scorer in Italy that year.
But Spalletti who is taking over the reins at Juventus till the end of the season, have no thought of Osimhen.
According to Football Italia reports the former Italian coach named some legendary players including the likes of Mohamed Salah and Francesco Totti among his selections.
Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker and Wojciech Szczesny.
Right-back: Giovanni Di Lorenzo,
Centre back: Kalidou Koulibaly and Cristian Chivu
Left-back: Marek Jankulovski.
Midfield: Daniele De Rossi and David Pizarro.
Forwards: Mohamed Salah, Khvvicha Kvaratskhelia, Francesco Totti Edin Dzeko
