Embattled Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, a.k.a 2Baba, has blamed his family members for his breakup with Annie Macaulay Idibia.
Speaking in an emotional video posted online 2Baba claimed that his family with their interfering posture contributed to his fallout with Annie and they are now set to wreck his marriage to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
“My family destroyed my marriage with Annie. Now they are after Natasha,” 2Baba sighed.
“Natasha is getting death threats right now. This has gotten dangerously out of hand.”
“Why is my family fabricating so many lies? … It has become so dangerous. It’s not funny anymore. I’m totally devastated.”
“Please, just stay out of my private and personal life. Just let us be.
He dismissed speculations that he is mentally unwell.
“I’m okay. I’m perfectly normal. Please stop painting me as mentally unstable,” he said.
He also called on those who vowed to come and save him to stop.
“You say you’re trying to save me, but you’re killing me. You’re killing us,” he said.
“I’m a grown man and I have the right to be with who I want to be with.”
2Baba proved that he is fine and well by letting people know he would be performing at the Gokana Carnival December 27 in Rivers State.
