A Nigeria Air Force jet has crashed in Karabonde community in the Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State.
According to reports by Lapai TV, a Niger State–based digital television network, the two pilots in the Alpha Jet aircraft successfully ejected before the plane went down.
“Two Nigerian Air Force Pilots Reportedly Survive Alpha Jet Crash Close to Karabonde, Borgu Local Government Area of Niger State,” the platform wrote, without providing further details on the condition of the pilots or the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The Nigeria Air Force is yet to make a public statement to confirm or deny the crash.
