Victor Osimhen is said to be having a good laugh with speculations he is a target for Spanish clubs Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
According to Arda Özkurt a Galatasaray insider the Super Eagles top striker is keen to see out his contract and also Galatasaray may not be willing to deal in the summer for his transfer. Osimhen has a four-year contract that will last until June 30, 2029.
“I asked Galatasaray if they were interested in Victor Osimhen. The answer was, ‘We haven’t gotten any offers, and we don’t plan to sell him,” Özkurt told habersarikirmizi.com.
“Osimhen also has no plans to leave. The people sharing these false stories are not being honest.”
According to reports Barcelona are looking to sign Osimhen in the summer as a direct replacement for Robert Lewandowski. Atletico Madrid who signed Ademola Lookman in the January window have also been linked to the Osimhen.
Diego Simeone according to reports in Spain has given the green light to Atletico Madrid director of football to go after the Osimhen.
