Video of Victor Osimhen raging at his teammates after the final whistle of their Champions League play off 5-2 win against Juventus at the Rams Park Istanbul, is leaving fans of Galatasaray scratching their heads.
Osimhen made two assists in the five goals that gave Galatasaray their biggest Champions League win. The victory over 10-men Juventus in the first leg, almost put Galatasaray in frame for a group stage spot.
However, amidst the jubilations, cameras captured Osimhen rather than celebrate with his teammates was furious for some reasons unknown. He was seen pushing off a team-mate who attempted to hug him, before gesturing wildly and shouting at colleagues.
According to reports Osimhen wanted some more personal performance rather than provide assists, he walked off the pitch as the rest of the team and fans celebrated.
At the Africa Cup of Nations Osimhen also caused a stir on the pitch after he was infuriated with Ademola Lookman and Bruno Onyemaechi selfish play and not putting team work first before their individual satisfaction.
Osimhen feels others should work for the team the ways he does and when his teammates failed to meet up to his expectations, he always makes his feelings known.
He no doubt wanted to put his name on his score sheet and increase his Champions League goal tally. Kylian Mbape of Real Madrid continues to lead the log with 13 goals, Harry Kane Bayern Munich has eight goals to his credict, Earling Haaland Manchester City with seven goals and Osimhen of Galatasaray still keeps his six goals.
