President Bola Tinubu Wednesday left Abuja for France for a two weeks private visit.
It would be the third time Tinubu would be going to France on a private visit believed by many to be regular medical checks up. Before taking oath of office Tinubu was in France for three weeks, and during the Paris Summit for Global Financial Impact in 2023, he stayed back for a fews days to keep a date with his doctors.
According to Ajuri Ngelale who is Tinubu’s special adviser on media and publicity, the President will return to Nigeria in the first week of February 2024.
“President Bola Tinubu departs Abuja for Paris, France, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, for a private visit.
“He will return to the country in the first week of February, 2024,” the statement said.
