Media personality, Ifedayo Olarinde a.k.a Daddy Freeze has rapped producers of “The Other Side of Life” over the shoddy burial arrangement for the film crew that died in Wednesday’s boat accident on the Anam River.
The tragic accident claimed the lives of actor Pope Odonwodo and several others including make-up artist, Abigail Fredrick, who was hurriedly buried on the river bank. Her corpse and that of a cameraman were recovered on Thursday.
Fredrick’s remains could not be taken to her home town in Akwa Ibom State as her family said they could not afford money for rituals demanded by the locals according to actor and filmmaker Moses Eskor.
Speaking on the matter Daddy Freeze, wrote on his Instagram space: “So the producers cannot raise the money abi? Na wa o… Just be famous in this life. “The FreeNation would have raised the money in a few hours if only we were informed. Imagine person commot for house go hustle them bury am there for where he go work…”
