US basketball legend LeBron James is looking at his son Bronny James joining him at the LA Lakers after the younger James and 57 others made the list of players drafted by the NBA Thursday.
The 19-years-old eldest son of Lebron James was selected 55th by the LA Lakers towards the end of the second round 2024 draft. Bronny James has had trials with LA Lakers and Phoenix Suns before the draft
Meanwhile, the LA Lakers are waiting for LeBron to decide his plans for next season. The deadline to exercise his player option with the Lakers is Saturday, with James expected to opt out of the deal and enter free agency before signing a short-term deal for his 22nd season in the NBA.
Nigerian born players Oso Ighodaro of Marquette was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers, Bona Adem was drafted by Philadelphia 76ERS and Jonathan Mogbo, who was selected by the Toronto Raptors.
