Liverpool will consider a move for Victor Osimhen in the summer as a possible replacement for Darwin Nunez.
Osimhen who continues to enjoy excellent form at Galatasaray is wanted at Chelsea, PSG and Manchester United who attempted strike a deal this January. Now Liverpool according to Anfield Watch are also keeping their eyes on the Super Eagles star.
Anfield Watch suggested: “Liverpool really admire Victor Osimhen and (Michael) Edwards and (Richard) Hughes both view him as the ideal replacement for Nunez.
“Liverpool’s interest in Osimhen goes back many years, with Edwards a keen admirer of the Nigerian since his first foray in European football in Belgium and then Lille.”
Osimhen made it clear he is not interested in a January move as he is committed to his loan deal in Turkey where he has banged in 13 goals and registered five assists in just 16 matches for Galatasaray so far.
