After their hard fought Copa Del Rey win over Real Madrid on Saturday, Barcelona midfielder Lamine Yamal said the club is untouchable to their El Clasico rivals this season.
Barcelona came from behind to snatch a 3-2 win in extra-time to clinch the Spanish Cup and also remain in contention for a treble this season.
Pedri had drawn the first blood in the pulsating Copa Del Rey final, but Real Madrid got the upper hand with goals from Aurelien Tchouameni and Kylian Mbappe.
However, Ferran Torres shattered Real Madrid hopes as he slammed in the equalising goal in the 84th minute and Jules Kounde consigned Real Madrid to defeat in the 116th minute,
“Even if we concede one goal, no problem. Even if we concede two goals, it’s still no problem,” Yamal who made assist for two of Barca goals stated.
“This year, they simply can’t beat us. We’ve proven that. I’m really happy. Visca Barça!”
Barcelona topping the LaLiga table will meet Inter Milan this week for the first leg semi-final of the Champions League. It remains to be seen if the Hansi Flick inspired side can get to the final.
