Arsenal out played Tuesday night by Paris St Germain, believe they can still turn things around in the second leg semi-final of the Champions League next week.
Ousmane Dembele’s 4th minute goal was all PSG needed to put themselves in the driver’s seat at the Emirates Stadium, but according to Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard there is still another 90 minutes to be played.
“Everyone is a bit disappointed with the result. We wanted to win and we wanted to do better in certain areas, but it’s just half-time,” Odegaard told beIN SPORTS.
“We have another game, and we have to analyse, learn from it and make sure that we go full gas into the return leg and be convinced that we can turn it around.
“That is the aim now. They have some great players and they play really good football, but as I said, we have to go fully convinced into the second leg.
“We have to look back at the game today, analyse it and make sure we learn from the few of the lessons we got today. It is another game to be played and we are going to be ready.”
Arsenal will face Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend.
