Arsenal are likely to make one more addition to their summer shopping spree by signing Ademola Lookman before deadline day.
Lookman’s stay in Italy is uncertain after he handed a transfer request to Atalanta and has been training alone. According to reports by CaughtOffside the Gunners could offer an escape route for the Super Eagles player.
Inter Milan had been his choice, but Atalanta were not willing to accept Inter’s 45m euros bid. And also, Atalanta only want to deal with a club outside of Italy.
The Gunners have had a very busy this summer transfer window so far, spending in excess of £250m to add all of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze to Mikel Arteta’s squad.
