Gospel singers Nathaniel Bassey and Victoria Orenze have paid tributes to American conservative activist and media personality Charlie Kirk.
Kirk a close ally of President Donald Trump was shot and killed by unidentified gunman Wednesday September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University.
Bassey who performed in one of the ceremonies marking the return of Mr. Trump to power in January, prayed for his peaceful rest, with the caption: “Pained. Rest in the Lord, Charlie Kirk.”
Also, Orenze described him as a true soldier of Christ. She wrote on Instagram: “TRUTH CANNOT BE KILLED! TRUTH CANNOT BE SILENCED! TRUTH CANNOT BE STOPPED!
