Victor Osimhen scored twice in Galatasaray’s 3-1 win over Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Champions League League Phase action at the Rams Park on Wednesday evening.
Osimhen got his first goal in the 3rd minute after connecting with a pass from Mario Lemina and slotted him with his right foot.
In the 21st minute he got a knock, but he stood up and continued tormenting the Bodo/Glimt defence drawing saves from Haikin the Norwegian goalkeeper. In the 33rd minute he got his second goal from the same spot as the first, but this time it was with his left foot that stroked in the ball.
From a rebound Yanus Akgun scored the third in the 60th minute.
With his goals, which brought his tally to nine goals, Osimhen tops the foreign goal scorers for Galatasaray in all UEFA club competitions including the Champions League, Europa League or Conference League.
Osimhen who scored against Tottenham, AZ Alkmaar, Dynamo Kyiv, Ajax, and Liverpool, extended his scoring streak to seven matches.
