Nigerian music diva Tiwa Savage was left fuming after her performance at the “Taste the Culture” Christmas gig in Accra was kept hanging as Ghana’s high riding singer Black Sharif took over her allotted time.
Tiwa Savage threatened to walk away from the concert which was plague by poor timing and sound issues. She was seen a video saying: “I want to go home, don’t tell me to calm down, I want to go home,” as fans tried to calm her down backstage at the Black Stars Square in Accra.
However, Tiwa Savage had her moment on stage and didn’t show any sign of the earlier frustration, she connected with the fans, and the day went on well for her. But while some praised her confidence and star power, others felt the look was “too daring” for the event.
