Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle said his team will work to avoid conceding late goals that will put him and the players under pressure.
After going ahead 3-0 against Tunisia in their group C Africa Cup of Nations tie, the Super Eagles were put on the edge, they conceded two goals.
They also cracked under pressure from Tanzania in their first group C match and conceded a goal in the 2-1 win.
Chelle said his team was playing excellently well, but the game against Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles have opened their eyes to new lessons.
“It is positive that every time we’re the best team on the pitch, and we don’t do the work.
“Tunisia’s fight back gives me something to work with and gives the squad something to improve on so that I and my players stay motivated,” Chelle said.
Also attacking midfielder Moses Simon noted that things are not working well at the back but according to him coach Chelle needs to provide answers.
