Danish side FC Midtjylland have ruled out any move to AC Milan by young Nigerian player Raphael Onyedika.
Onyedike, 21, who joined Midtylland from FC Ebiede Academy of Lagos at 15, is wanted by AC Milan they a have tabled an opening bid of $4.05m. But according Midtylland director Svend Graversen, they want the fast rising midfielder to stay one more season in Denmark before moving.
“We want to keep Onyedika for one more season,” he said, as quoted by Calciomercato.com.
Milan are looking to sign a new midfielder and over the past few days it has become apparent through virtually every major source that the management are pursuing Onyedika, who is seen as the ideal replacement for Franck Kessie.
