A commercial sex worker, Chioma David is cooling off at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre after she alledely disappered with her patron’s $5000.
Miss David was arrested by the Lagos Police in Marako and arraigned at a Lagos Magistrate Court, where she was granted bail by A.M Davis, but she failed to meet her bail conditions of N500,000 and two sureties. She was then remanded at the Kirikiri CC until the next hearing on September 22.
Her one nightstand lover named Bitrus Vengel, who was lodged in a hotel at Lekki, Lagos, had contracted Miss David for a night of pleasure, but while Mr. Vengel left the room for a brief moment, Miss David allegedly collected his $5000 and also a N100,000 cash and vamoosed.
Mr. Vengel reported the matter to the Police in Marako and after ten days of investigation detectives led by Inspector Mustapha Razag fished out the suspect who pleaded not guilty to charges when she was arraigned.
