Akeredolu at the scene of crime back in June

Ondo State governor Rotimi Akeredolu has expressed relief over the arrest of five of terrorists who on June 3, 2022 killed 40 worshippers at St Francis Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo State.
Akeredolu who was speaking in Akure stated that he was glad with the development assuring that justice would surely be done.
Chief of Army Staff General Lucky Irabor had told news editors earlier Tuesday that arrests have been made in the gruesome murder of the churchgoers, adding that because investigations are ongoing, the suspects would have been parade for Nigerians and the world to see who they are and others behind attacks over the country.
“I can confirm what the CDS has said. They were arrested last week and the photographs of the suspects were forwarded to me,”Akeredolu said
“About five of them have been arrested while they are on the trail of others.”
