The Nigeria Bar Association annual conference began Monday morning in Victoria Island, Lagos with some of the 2023 presidential elections candidates in attendance.
Among the mix were Labour Party’s Peter Obi, Peoples Democratic Party’s Atiku Abubakar and the running mate to All Progressives Congress flag-bearer Kashim Shettima. After all was said and done it was Shettima’s outfit that caught the attention of Nigerians. He dressed in a suit and was wearing sneakers for effect.
“This is Tinubu’s running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, at the NBA Annual General Conference earlier today. Look at his feet,” Reno Omikri twitted
“Who in his right mind wears a suit and tie and then puts on a pair of gym shoes? If Shettima does not know how to dress himself to a formal conference, how will he be able to address Nigeria’s many challenges?
Also commenting Concerned Nigerians Groups converner, Deji Adeyanju, said: What is this?
