World Soccer governing body FIFA Friday confirmed Kizz Daniel, as one of the artists that would be performing at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The ‘Buga’ singer will thrilled the gathering of footballers and their fans on November 23 after Diplo from America does his thing on November 22. Others are Nora Fatehi from Canada November 29, Cardona Trinidad from America December 1 and Calvin Harris from Scotland on December 1.
The 2022 world cup will begin on November 20 and end December 18. It is the first time an Arab country is hosting the soccer fiesta. Sadly Nigeria’s Super Eagles failed to qualify.
Kizz Daniel had expressed his desire to perform at the World Cup, his song ‘Buga’ has an international appeal cutting through all ages including world leaders and celebrities. Recently his single ‘Cough’ gained attention when the Nigeria and German girls at the FIFA U-17 Women World Cup in India danced to the tune after their third place match.
